De eis inzake eerste hulp

In Cuba, care for children without parental protection is organized through social-assistance homes and substitute or solidarity families, within the framework of the Código de las Familias and the Código de la Niñez, Adolescencia y Juventud, under the Ministerio de Educación (MINED). No rule has been identified that expressly requires a first-aid certificate of substitute families; the available public information does not detail such a requirement.

Support is provided by MINED bodies and social-assistance teams. In all honesty, no formal first-aid requirement for these families is on record; current first-aid and CPR training remains advisable and would add to — not replace — the caregiving conditions the authority assesses.

Deze aanbevelingen dienen als referentie voor gezondheidsorganisaties, instellingen en beroepsorden over de hele wereld – en worden bijgewerkt naarmate het wetenschappelijke en klinische bewijs evolueert.
